MV Nautica is the newest liveaboard vessel in Thailand! She was launched in May 2005 and will start running dive trips in Thailand and Burma from October 2005 onwards.
MV Nautica has been built under IMO specification, which ensures safety of international shipping and prevents marine pollution from ships.
Interior of the boat was designed very tastefully. Nautica is an upper end liveaboard boat, in the 4* - 5* range, but with very fair trip prices.
She can take a maximum of 10 passengers in 4 Twin or Double Bed Cabins and 1 Double Bed Master Cabin. All cabins are located on the main and upper deck levels and have private bathrooms with shower, individually controlled air con units, panoramic windows and mini-bar. The cabins have alot of light and are very spacious.
The dive deck area has been designed to be very spacious, with access to a toilet and shower, a rinse tank plus extra storage space for diving equipment to minimize clutter. Main meals will be served 3 times daily with alternate snacks after each dive. You will be able to choose between Thai or, for less spicy palates, European cuisine. All meals and drinks will be served buffet-style. Water, tea and coffee are available free of charge throughout the trip.
Onboard Nautica are two saloons: one located on the upper deck and another with air con on the main deck. TV, DVD/CD systems are installed and there is a huge DVD library.
With comfort in mind the deck area is a huge (30sqm); all covered with cushions for reading or relaxing in between dives.
